Min Jae Kim

Min Jae Kim (Min Jae/she/her) brings a unique blend of systems thinking, spiritual grounding, and transformative leadership to Seeds of Change Consulting. As a first-generation queer Korean immigrant and community minister, Min Jae approaches organizational development through the lens of liberation and collective healing, believing that true restoration comes through returning power to those most marginalized.

With over six years of experience guiding nonprofits, faith communities, and grassroots organizations through complex change, Min Jae specializes in translating bold visions into practical implementation frameworks. She excels at building bridges—between strategy and action, between diverse stakeholder groups, and between traditional practices and innovative approaches. Her expertise spans equity-centered strategic planning, participatory evaluation design, and creating sustainable systems that honor both analytical rigor and community wisdom.

Min Jae’s approach is rooted in deep listening, vulnerability-based leadership, and the belief that meaningful transformation happens at the intersections—where different perspectives meet and new possibilities emerge. Whether facilitating multi-stakeholder workshops, developing anti-racism assessments, or designing implementation roadmaps for complex initiatives, she creates spaces where organizations can courageously confront systemic barriers while building toward thriving, equitable futures.

Currently serving clients across food systems, youth development, domestic violence prevention, and community organizing sectors, Min Jae brings both pastoral care sensibilities and analytical precision to help mission-driven organizations operationalize their values and amplify their impact.
