Lexy Roberts
Lexy Roberts is a dedicated professional with deep expertise in public policy, education, and equity-driven community engagement. She has held leadership roles in collective impact nonprofits, where her focus has been on evidence-based research, co-designed community engagement, and data-driven systems change evaluations to foster greater connectivity and meaningful improvements across sectors. Her work is grounded in a commitment to creating more inclusive, equitable systems. Lexy’s training in Results-Based Facilitation and Liberatory Design allows her to guide organizations and teams in creating equitable, data-driven policy and practice shifts. She is adept at fostering collaborative environments where communities and institutions can work together to drive systems change.
In addition to her leadership in community-based initiatives, Lexy serves as a trainer and organizer with the Racial Equity Institute. Through this work, she delivers in-depth training on the structural and historical dimensions of systemic racism, helping individuals and organizations address inequities in their sectors. Her passion for education and racial justice also extends to her contributions to the Health Equity and Racism (HER) Lab at Elon University.
Lexy is committed to advancing anti-racism and fostering opportunities for young professionals to take an active role in their own equity initiatives. Her work aims to inspire lasting, systemic change in education, community engagement, and beyond.
