We believe that supporting your staff to develop skills in the areas of racial equity & inclusion, problem solving, solutions for systemic issues and healthy anecdotes for burnout should be guided by organizational values. Our person-centered approach can assist with shifting organizations from an individualistic culture to a more collective culture, where relationship building and common goals become the norm.
